I figured it out!!! At least for me. I had to go into my files > This PC > (and search) PNGTuberPlus

Then I deleted every file that came up and redownloaded the new one. Only then did it work. Idk if that'll work for you. But it did for me.

Well, even with that, the file still won't open properly :/ It shows the little logo and then immediately closes. 

Edit: Just downloaded and tried one more time, and it's still not working. I think I've tried most everything, including looking at the hardware of my computer.

Also, I'd like to add that I'm running Windows 11 and am using x64 bit :DD

I deleted and redownloaded the files, restarted my computer,  looked in my Windows security-blocked files, and checked my event viewer to see if there was anything with that. But nope! I couldn't figure it out. Please let me know if you figure anything out loll

Edit: I will say, that each time I've redownloaded it, I can't find the .PCK file. Idk if that has anything to do with it.

EditEdit: I think its because of the lack of a .pck file in the new updated version. Idk why its not there ://

Its doing the same thing for me :/ I tried a couple of different ways to fix it and nothings working :(((
